I'm delighted to read that you are to use this blog for your other interests as well.  I do the same with mine.  Originally it was to be centred around my work and mainly about healing stuff, but my love of gardening is so great that it became a bit of an allotment blog, and I'm such a social whirler that it is now interspersed with fabulous things to do in London and general chit-chat of life.
I look forward to reading more about yours.

Despite not having any on our allotment site last year, we've got quite a few on the plot this year, mostly growing through the broad beans. Rather annoyingly, they are prettier and doing better than the ones I'm trying to grow in the garden!</description>
