rain rain go away

Grrr, i wish this rain would stop:
As there are jobs i need to do…

  • Cut my autumn raspberry canes down to ground level and mulch the bed with compost..
  • Plant my gooseberry bush, also my yellow raspberries…
  • Trench by the raspberry bed to stop grass from the path spreading across
  • Weeding Grrr
  • Manure two of my beds
  • Empty compost from bin
  • Plant my flower bulbs ( they are late going in)
  • Clear a space at the back of my plot ready for burning after Christmas
  • Turn the rest of the grassy area and cover, ill get the roots out at a later time

The forecast for this week is strong winds and heavy rain Grrr
Whats a girl to do :(

PS

And sort this bloody website out; I’m getting errors every time i try to update. I upgraded wordpress and i don’t think it likes this template much.:)

Infuriating, isn’t it? I have tons of jobs to do, but the rain’s kept me indoors. And now the soil’s rock hard with frost, so that’s hopeless, too. Sorting the site’s about the only thing you can do indoors, but it looks OK to me.

I managed to get down there this week and cut down my raspberries and i did a little pruning..oh and i planted my strawberries;they were late arriving, should of been here in Oct. Hope they survive as the ground was frosty.I had no choice as i had nowhere to keep them…
