Rocket. Peas. Spuds.
Picked a bag full of dwarf peas this weekend.These are Hati d Annonay
I got these from real seeds and they are absolutely gorgeous. “So sweet”. These are all that made it home as hubs was podding and eating them in the car on the way home. Looks like ill be growing more of these next year as hubs loves um. Everything is coming along great at the moment and ill be checking my Desiree tomorrow, ill dig up one to see how they are coming along.
I brought home some rocket that i have growing in a box as it was going crazy and smothering the other herbs in there. I thought it would be ok there until i dug over a herb bed, it now looks like ill have to get a bed dug and the perenial herbs in before the end of summer. All the herbs are flourishing and fighting for room
So tonight we had the rocket with feta cheese, olives and cherry toms drizzled with olive oil…. The rocket wasn’t too peppery either, just right!
