I seem to be cultivating the Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito of the Tomato world,
I don’t think ill get any beefsteak Toms from this so i have sown one more seed and thrown this little un in with my kitchen scraps…

Good luck with the tomatoes. I love Marmande. I’ve been less lucky with the sweetcorn seeds I’ve put in my propagator. 20 or so and only 2 have come up. Early days though. I too have an allotment, btw. I write about it on http://www.titanarum.co.uk, should you want to have a look.

Oh bless, I hate throwing away little Danney deVito’s.
Thats why I end up caring for totally unproductive tomato plants come June (lol)
